Van Tassel Trail is a 2.7-mile-long trail that climbs over 1,700 feet from the staging area located at the junction of Fish Canyon Road and Van Tassel Motorway into the San Gabriel Mountains. The trail is primarily located on Van Tassel Motorway, a fire road, and offers fantastic views and a challenging trail experience.
