Looking for a good forest hike? The Orange Trail takes hikers through the second-growth forest and the arching branches of the Osage Orange Tunnel, planted in rows in the late 1800's to serve as farm fence. Make a stop to see the Three Sisters, these white oaks trees began growing around 1440. Look for wildlife in the cedar glade and prairie. Great for families with older children that can walk a little over a mile.
