The Santa Susana Pass Trail is a 2.2-mile-long trail that begins outside of the Indian Springs/Indian Falls gated community. The trail starts on the west side of Iverson Road with access through a secured pedestrian gate; if gate is locked, go to the gatehouse for access. The first one mile of trail meanders through a landscaped parkway. After leaving the residential area, you continue along the ridge line on a natural surface trail, where there are great views overlooking the San Fernando Valley. This trail offers a variety of scenery, including but not limited to interesting rock outcroppings, coastal sage scrub, and views of the Santa Susana mountain range.
