A beautiful grassy trail with some ups and downs that crosses a power easement, runs along a fence and leads to a bench overlooking a spring and the end of the Lagoon.

The part south of the Vineyard Haven-Edgartown Road goes alongside Goodale's Pit and then is blocked.  There is a short path leading east to the roundabout and the bike path to get around that.
