Easy to Moderate walking terrain on eastern side of loop. Some small changes in topography, some rocks and roots. Eastern path leads to overlook with platform.  Also-eastern stair to beach is an easier access stair.

Western path is a bit steeper and has some areas where erosion has caused low spots in the trail.  The western beach access trail leads to a stone bench overlooking Sound and then to a sandy trail downward to the beach.  The sand has eroded out from under the lumber used for steps which makes this access point more challenging.
