This beautiful trail is located on the eastside foothills of San Ramon. The Live Oak runs parallel with the Alamo Creek and connects from the East Alamo Creek trail to the Tassajara Ridge Trail. This trail has gorgeous views of the foothills, where you can see birds in the sky and many smaller animals, such as rabbits, all along the trail. This is a great trail to take your child, as the distance is short and the incline is minimal. Small wooden bridge along the lower half of the trail is great for picture taking. Minimal shade along the trail.
