Eska Mine Road is dirt, and can be heavily rutted and difficult to navigate in some cars. (4-wheel drive vehicles with high clearance and 4-wheelers are often used.)

Hikers looking to reach the Eska Falls Hiking Trail choose between driving the road or parking lower down and walking the 1.3 mile road to the official trailhead. The road branches, but helpful signs point the right way to the trailhead.
