A trail connecting the Blackwater Pond network of trails with Vineyard Open Land Foundation's Cranberry Acres property.  The trail passes the Hoft Farm Farmhouse and Barn at its southwest end and begins at the "Upper Pond" at the eastern end.  One half mile long.
