The Blackberry Ridge Trail traverses through a mixed canopy forest providing excellent views of the lake. Many dogwood trees make it an excellent spring walk. There is a long ravine nestled in right next to the ridge which provides a moist woodland mixed forest habitat. The trail can be accessed from the marina by walking along the Licking Bend Trail or from the cabin road nearest the marina.
