A mix of single-track and dirt road that parallels Alder Creek from the campground, passing through lodgepole pine stands and beaver ponds before its terminus at the end of Alder Creek Road. This trail should be avoided after rain or recent snow-melt due to muddy conditions.  Use this segment of trail to connect from the campground to Alder Creek Adventure Center and it's home range trail system.
