This lot provides access to both an extended hiking route that gains over 2000 feet in 3 miles (all the way to Government Peak) as well as an epic descent by ski/snowboard or bike down to the lower section of Fishhook Road. On sunny winter weekend days, this lot is the Grand Central Station of Hatcher Pass, with a parade of cars and trucks pulling in, dropping off skiers and snowboarders, then departing again to meet them at the bottom.
