Rolling out from the Cascades Lakes Welcome Center, this route takes you up and around Mt. Bachelor. It starts with a tough climb before dropping over into Todd Lake Basin on a technical jeep road. There, you will be circumnavigating Mt. Bachelor past Sparks, Devil's, and Elk Lakes, on smooth fast pavement. 

Elk Lake Resort is a great place for snacks and water before tackling a section of dirt along the easternmost portion of the loop. After one final climb, you can enjoy the nearly 10-mile descent back to the start.
