Guardian & Toddler: Familiarize children ages 18 mos. to 3 yrs. with the water and teach swimming readiness skills.
Level 1: For swimmers ages 2-5 yrs. that are not yet able to go underwater by themselves. Getting used to blowing bubbles, submerging the whole face, opening eyes under water, and floating with assistance.
Level 2: For swimmers ages 3-6 yrs. developing beginning swimming skills, and who cannot float on front or back without assistance. Learn to float without assistance, kick to and from wall, submerge without assistance.
Level 3: For swimmers ages 4-7 yrs. with beginning swimming skills, but who cannot consistently swim 10 yards. Learn the basics of front crawl, backstroke, and proper breathing control.
Level 4: For swimmers ages 7-15 yrs. who want to gain independence with swimming skills. Introduce treading water. Improve breathing control, front crawl, backstroke, and make strokes more efficient.
Level 5: Skills for intermediate swimmers ages 7-15 yrs. Introduce rhythmic breathing and sidestroke. Improve efficiency in front crawl, breaststroke, and backstroke. Improve endurance treading water.
