Please join the San Ramon Open Space Committee on a hike on the Quail Run and Village Center Loop Trails. Starting at the Amador Rancho Community Center, participants will hike to the Village Center Trail using the Quail Run Trail. Once on the Village Center Trail, beautiful views of the ravine and surrounding neighborhoods can be seen and enjoyed. The hike will continue on the loop, winding down the sunny Old Dougherty Road Trail section and through the shaded neighborhood, and then proceed back to the Amador Rancho Community Center. Participants will also be treated to the a quick out and back on the Mourning Dove Trail bridge, showcasing beautiful views of the surrounding area. The hike will be approximately 2.25 miles. The trail is almost entirely paved, so please wear appropriate footwear. Dogs are allowed and must be leashed at all times. The walk is free, however pre-registration is required.
