Calling all educators!
Hosted by MetroParks, along with Butler County and Warren County Soil and Water Conservation Districts, Project WILD's brand new Climate and Wildlife workshop, offers educational programs designed for formal and informal educators of grades 6-12 of all disciplines. Project WILD is an interdisciplinary conservation and environmental education program emphasizing wildlife.
CEU's are available for all participants. Attendees will receive a certificate of completion as well as various wildlife resources and publications.
Space is limited and registration is REQUIRED. Registration link is coming soon! The cost of this workshop is $10.00 per participant. Registration ends Friday, February 3rd, 2023.
Connecting students to nature, scientific inquiry, bringing nature in the classroom, and giving students exploratory outdoor learning opportunities are focal points of all Project WILD programs.
There will be a 30-minute lunch break during the program. Please plan to pack a lunch, as lunch is not provided.
