Join Volunteer Naturalist Ann Keenan for an easy walk up a wash through an intriguing, remote canyon to a spring. Look for signs of inhabitants — both ancient & recent, wildflowers and animal tracks. Meet at the parking area at the mouth of Plum Canyon, 2.7 miles west of S3 on highway 78. Trailhead is 2 miles further on a dirt road. Wear sturdy shoes & hat. Bring water/snacks.
