It’s that time of year when the sap starts to flow to make maple syrup. During this hands-on workshop, discuss tree identification, equipment, collection, and sugaring techniques. Take-home instructions are supplied, along with a taste of the final product. 

This class is held outdoors, so please dress accordingly. Participants will meet at the Small Shelter located near the basketball courts.

For ALL ages. Children under 12 need to be accompanied by a registered adult. To make sure we prepare enough materials for this program, we ask that all participants PLEASE REGISTER by February 22nd.
