Through the community’s generosity, the Monroe County Parks and Recreation Foundation is able to support park improvements, recreation programs/events, and youth scholarships. Donations to the Monroe County Parks and Recreation Foundation might be tax deductible. The Foundation is a 501 c (3) not-for-profit organization.
