Willow Creek SRA is a popular location for salmon, rainbow trout, grayling, and dolly varden fishing. Willow Creek is a tributary of the large Susitna River which is home to king, silver, pink, and chum salmon. A large paved campground near the confluence of Willow Creek and the Susitna River allow for overnight camping. River rafting along Willow Creek is a very popular activity along the mild class I-II creek that provides the opportunity for day trips or overnight camping trips. The take out for rafting trips is located within the campground and provides convenient, paved access to the creek.
