A quiet green patch located close to the Vineyard Haven Harbor. Nearby Eastville Avenue Extension, a sand road running perpendicular to and ending at the harbor, is public; the breadth of the water is visible here. 

Preserve is located at the bend where Eastville Avenue meets the Beach Road. Bicycle rack on-site; cars park on the north side of the sand road leading down to the harbor.
