A sloping meadow leading down to a small salt-pond with a 550-foot long cobble beach. The southwesterly flank of Washaqua Hill is conserved here with its long-distance view of Norton Point Beach. Boats may be launched at the foot of the Quammox Road; short-term drop-off and handicapped parking is provided there. Long-term parking at the trailhead up the hill.

From the intersection of the Chappaquiddick and Quammox  Roads, go down Quammox Road 0.1 miles and turn left into trailhead.
