Activities abound in this park designed for multi-generational use. Visitors will find plenty of critter activity due to the fact that roughly 40% of the park has been kept as a natural area, preserving Juniper trees, alpine current and rabbit brush, making it a perfect habitat for quail and small mammals. Children will delight in frolicking at the “all children’s playground”, which features three distinct areas of play for children of all ages and abilities. Adults will appreciate the many options in the park, including paver walkways, a meadow, open lawn, multiple picnic tables, a shade shelter and easy access to Larkspur trail, Larkspur Community Center and Bend Senior Center. Those seeking sports will be drawn to the bocce, horseshoe and two-hoop basketball courts. There is something for everyone here!
