Drive into the tranquility of Lake Alma, where the crystal-clear waters of a peaceful lake and the gentle ripples of a winding creek welcome visitors. Nestled in the heart of Ohio’s unglaciated hill country within the Appalachian Highlands, this park boasts a second-growth forest, and the region is home to over 70 percent of Ohio’s remaining woodlands. Lake Alma invites you to explore its natural beauty through camping, hiking, and picnicking. The park’s small lake is a paddler’s paradise and the water is teeming with bass, bluegill, and crappie for anglers to cast a line.
