Once a state forest, Findley is a heavily wooded park with stately pines and diverse hardwoods. A popular 20-mile trail system features hiking and mountain bike trails and is connected to the statewide Buckeye Trail. The small lake, perfect for fishing and paddling, includes two accessible launch ramps. Camping, swimming, and disc golf are just a few of the park’s outdoor options. The park’s nature center hosts seasonal family-friendly programming. Nearby, Wellington is a spot for historical buildings and makes a great day trip.
