Located at 2070 Woodsdale Road in Trenton, OH this 17-acre historic property was donated to the park district by Cincinnati Gas & Electric and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

The Farmstead includes The Augspurger House, The Rosemont Barn and a picnic shelter which can all be reserved.

The farmhouse, built in 1874, was the home of Samuel Augspurger and his family. The Augspurgers were the leading members of the Amish-Mennonite settlement in this area. A large bank barn is also preserved and restored at this site. The restoration efforts of the house and barn have been supported by The Friends of Chrisholm. Located at 1917 Woodsdale Road is the Woodsdale Regional Park area of Chrisholm MetroPark.  The 119 acre park is situated next to the Great Miami River and includes scenic natural areas, hiking trails and picnic tables. Approximately a mile of Elk Creek is also within its boundaries.

Terrain is mostly dirt/gravel. There is access to restrooms from parking area. There are slight inclines around the house and barn than can be muddy.

Chrisholm MetroPark - Woodsdale Regional Park - level 3 Parking area is paved and area surrounding is all dirt/grass mix. Area is often under water for long periods of time.
