Big Delta State Historical Park is managed by a third party. 

Rika's Roadhouse Café and Gifts operated by Smiling Moose of Delta Junction is open daily 10 am to 4 pm, from May 15th through Labor Day. The café serves homemade sandwiches, soups, pies, ice cream, and baked goods. Big Delta State Historical Park is a ten-acre park with 23 RV camping sites in the parking lot development. Facilities include picnic area, toilets, water and a dump station.
